Astana It Is

So its confirmed that Armstrong will make his comeback attempt with Astana. I can't help but wonder where Contador is going to go now. I don't think he will stay with Astana. Quick Step is looking for a good team leader - maybe we will see Contador on the Belge team.

I still think a Contador - Armstrong showdown would be cool.

Lance was on David Letterman last night and said he could not guarantee a win but was going to race for a win. He also said he would not have come back without his coach who was his closest advisor and that he could not have won without him. I thought that was a real slap to Hincapie. Bruyneel was certainly a driving force but Hincapie gave him those wins.

Put Contador and Lance on the Alp d'Huez alone and Contador will kick his butt. Any comments on that though?
I think Contador will find another team because I don't think Lance will stand for another captain on his team and Contador can't afford to be a domestique. He has won the Tour - why should he work for Lance? Has a team ever had two winners?
Bruyneel is crazy - giving up a future legend for a former champion who makes out with one of the Olson twins. I would have stuck with Contador and let Lance hang out on red carpets with minimally talented starlets half his age.
What am I saying? I am excited to see Lance race again - yet I don't want to see him defeated.

Alrighty, chop chop! Get some blogging going on so we can know what you're up to! Put some stuff about your family on here. Pictures, all that. What's up with your mom & dad? Is he still doing firefighting?
